System Requirements
Turncloud is a fully cloud-based chiropractic EHR and practice-management application. There is nothing to install — you work entirely in a web browser, so it runs on virtually any modern computer, tablet, or device with an internet connection.
Supported browsers
Use a current version of any major browser, kept up to date for security and performance:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
Devices & operating systems
- Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, or Linux desktops and laptops.
- Tablets and modern mobile devices for on-the-go access.
- No minimum high-end hardware — any device that runs a current browser smoothly.
Internet connection
A reliable broadband connection is recommended. Because Turncloud is browser-based, a stable connection keeps scheduling, notes, and billing responsive across your team.
Display
A screen resolution of 1280×720 or higher is recommended for the best layout. The interface is responsive and adapts to smaller screens.
Recommended settings
- JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- Browser auto-updates turned on.
- Pop-ups allowed for the Turncloud domain (for printing and document windows).
